Has a different name now...I think it was Pins Coctail. Took me a while to find...you go into a courtyard of a building and go to second floor. Once you are in...you see a huge wall of whiskey selection as well as other liquors. Though pretty pricey...the coctails are great and nicely presented.
The owner/bartender was extremely passionate about whiskey and his whiskey coctails...and was also very friendly. Drinks were awesome and he could tell you anything on his whiskeys. The list is long and changes regularly. Do expect to pay in the 150 RMB ($20 range) for drinks.
