Jinhaihua Exotic Specialty Restaurant — Restaurant in Suzhou City

From the moment we walked in I was unimpressed. They made us wait 30 minutes for a table and when we finally sat down the place was empty. Our waitress seemed incredibly bored and inattentive. We had to leave the room to flag someone down every time we needed something. On top of all the service problems, the food was not good. Glutinous rice that was actually just regular rice covered in an obscene amount of sugar, crispy pork that was literally only fat, all the meat had been trimmed away, stale, not sticky rice, flower tea with lukewarm water, and undercooked greens. Plus the place was dirty - there were bowls of refuse in the corner of the room. I wish we hadn't bothered...

I don't know about their dinner food. Morning dim-sum is excellent, but not exactly HK style (big boss from Malaysia). Some of the dimsum is original and all tastes fresh.
