Novotel Suzhou SIP — Hotel in Suzhou City

I recently stayed at the Novotel Suzhou SIP, located conveniently by the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to cultural landmarks like the Suzhou Culture and Arts Center, Moon Harbor, Eslite Bookstore, and major shopping areas such as Shin Kong Place. Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers.During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants.Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The hotel is next to the exhibition grounds, just a few mins walk. It's also walking distance to the Jinji Lake, and a mall nearby with a railway metro station exit (Line 1) just next to the hotel entrance. Huge lobby with friendly service, from front desk to housekeeping and concierge. Especially the concierge, as I sent over 20 packages from my online shopping on Taobao to the hotel before my arrival and they were so organized they managed to get them out for me in minutes and sent it to my room. The room is big, comfortable for 2 to share with a separate standing shower and toilet. The bed is firm but I found the pillows too soft. The water pressure of the shower head was a bit weak too.
