The food is subpar to typical McDonald's food, 2 problems The french fries is more greasy than normal(When compared with other mcdonalds in Hong Kong) & the coffee is bland compared to other McDonald's in Hong Kong too, the color is not as dark, thus the flavor isn't really strong(Though this time it was probably a new employee making it, since I saw another employee teaching her how to make coffee) The choices aren't a lot, hence the food runs out quickly
Service is overall acceptable, and it's the best part about this place.
Atmosphere is unbearable, there were dust falling from the vent systems, it almost fell onto the food. Not to mention there were no restrooms/toilets there.

Though the non availability of the Shogun burger (very similar to the Terayaki burger) in europe and the US has had me putting up with less than stellar service prospects in many Asian McDonalds branches this ”hidden gem” in HK could very well take the price. Following an ordering kiosk order/payment it seems 20 minutes plus is an acceptable waiting time in these neighbourhoods - but what would clearly be worse - the amount of excess ”shogun sauce” smeared all over the package - and essentially still dripping on the inside would have had any quality control minded staff ensure this was a write off. I ordered an ice cream but they never said my number. I saw an ice cream but I didn’t know it was mine. So I waited for about 5 mins. But still haven’t called my number so I asked them , and found out the ice cream I saw was mine! But when I looked at the ice cream , it already melted! ( i was trying to eat it as fast as i could but it kept on melting on my hands and now it’s really sticky ) I really wanted a refund but it was too late to ask. Such a waste of money.
