Citistore Tsuen Wan Store — Local services in Hong Kong

Provide a wide range of products and due to the fact irresponsible management team cause me to you a very bad review.

Went there because all of those five stars reviews and I believe you don’t deserve 5 because of consistently bad customer service, from my personal experience. ... non responsive even I called twice for that reason I wish I could give Citistore Hong Kong “ZERO star”.

My advice to the company please be more responsive... if continue not getting any good customer service and we are more than happy to take our business elsewhere because you are really not the only big department store in town. This Is a good basic department store located in tsuen wan. They have all the basic things like clothing, makeup, toys, gadgets, kitchen equipment, home goods, etc. Although it is kind of older, and traditional style, it is really a nice place to shop and it has you relaxed and friendly environment. When I first came to Hong Kong, there used to be a lot more department stores. But of course, online shopping and now the modern mini mall has kind of taken over. a lot of merchandise to buy. a lot of variety and the price is quite reasonable. the sales lady in tyr swimwear section is really friendly and helpful and which I have a really good time trying tyr swimwear and buying them. triumph underwear sales day is also very helpful and patient , she has spend lot of time helping me to make choices and of course I am super happy buying stuffs from the store.
