There are things to love about this 3 star accomodation & there are things you may just dislike enough not to go there again. 1. Location to me was brilliant. Right next to Citi Centre Mall & an entire area of shops. You can get anything under the sun within walking distance. 2. Not all hotel staff are fully English proficient, so on some days your experience may not be that great when asking information. The one that could speak reasonably well was simply examplary in terms of being helpful with all queries & places to visit 3. Rooms are TINY. 2 people cannot stay comfortably. I stayed alone & felt suffocated but that's what you get. They were super clean. 4. I hated that the house keeping kept waking me up from sleep despite me putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Oh, the house keeping staff majority do not speak English. 5. Breakfast is not great & they do not have a full functioning kitchen. 6. Tsuen Wan MTR station is about 10 mins walk & that connects you well all over the island 7. The hotel has limited 1 way shuttle service. Be sure to plan ahead if you want to use it. 8. The lifts & walkways are so narrow, you will struggle with big luggages or multiple bags 9. Sound proofing at alleys between rooms need to be better. Some nights i could not rest with the yelling of parents to their kids or plain loud conversations 10. If i travel solo again & want to stay in the quieter part of HK, i'll repeat this hotel

Nice location (super close to the subway) with lots of food and shopping options nearby. The rooms are small (typical of HK) but very clean and tidy, and all I needed for a night of layover. The bed is comfortable. When I saw a plug adapter, I was sold! Compared to another hotel of similar price range I booked before (Metacity MK), that was night and this was day! I'd say it's good value. A couple of downsides for consideration: 1. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours' conversations. If you are a light sleeper, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. 2. The reception staff isn't super friendly but they do their job. So that's fine with me.

Pretty rough around the edges. Hardly any power outlets in the room - none by the bed, none in the washroom - only two on the tiny desk, which makes it useless if you want to use a laptop on it, as there's no room to open it fully when anything is plugged in. Light switch directly behind the pillows on the headboard is the weirdest, most frustrating thing - I kept turning on the lights in the middle of the night. TV is super tiny - slightly larger than a typical laptop screen. The shower has no shelves/ledges at all for soap or shampoo. For the price of this place, I think you could do much better.

THIS HOTEL STOLE MY CREDIT CARD !!! They disclosed my credit card information. When you book a room, the hotel require you to fill in a written form to put credit card number and expiry date etc and send all these information through email instead of using secure payment website to process the payment. Even thought I finished providing my credit card information when I booked a room using the online website the hotel asked you again to fill in payment authorisation form with all credit card information. This increases the risk of credit card being stolen… Don’t expect you will be treated as a customer nor human by the hotel. There was so much black little dust spitting out from the air con. They covered my whole blanket cover and bed sheet and towels in the toilet…Even though I took a shower I still couldn’t cleaned off the black dust sticking on my arms. Devastating food, poor wifi, even worse they restrict you to check out based on each hourly time slot, if you missed 10 min you have to wait for another hour. Fine to be prisonised and treated with rubbish food but charged with standard price, I cannot understand why getting out rof this nightmare hotel is more difficult than expected🤬 pls note that this hotel doesn’t have keep luggage service. Think twice before you make the booking to quarantine in this so-called hotel. Cannot be even worse is that you need to be ready to be interrupted by the housekeeping lady who distribute food. She uses a special designed wood stick or iron stuff to knock your door extremely loudly every lunch and dinner time to remind you take your food. Tbh, as loud as to an extent to almost break your door. If you don’t take your food within 3-5 min she will knock again and shout at you to ask you to take the meal…. The wall is not sound blocking, every morning I was waken up by the people checking in, closing and opening were very loud. The bed is super hard, they simply combine two tiny single beds then claim it’s a queen size bed...

lt was my choice for 21 day quarantine. l am very tolerable so the room itself, is probably intolerable for many. its 12sqm including the toilet. everything works ok, the a/c, small basic hot shower, tiny fridge, wifi provided by icable 30M speed. l could hardly do exercises in room as room was so tight, so had to use imagination. there is no breakfast other than pot noodles they have in your room, and the mini fridge is pack full of 15 cans of poison sodas, full sugared colas, sunkist.for food you have no choices other than either vegetarian or non vegetarian. Both are poor quality slimey bland sauces and not particularly nutritious. luckily l brought lots of my own canned fish, herbs, bread, veg and fruits, cereals etc for couple weeks. my young daughter and mother will be arriving for quarantine and l quite reluctant to get a room for them here too. decided they wouldnt be as tolerable as me, so booked elsewhere at 740HKD a day for 2 for a 25sqm room and have choices for all 3 meals, here it is 600HKD. the polite reservation manager, Samuel Yu actually called me in UK and recommended l stay at another hotel when l was enquiring about it before booking. if fairly hardened and can tolerate for 21day quarantine then ok, remember it is government approved, bring some extra healthy...
