Kolour is a middle of the pack shopping venue in Tsuen Wan. It is located on Chung On Street and is two separate buildings connected by footbridge. Combined Kalour Phase I and II provide around 31,000 square metres of low key shopping in the town centre area. Shop opening hours are around 10am to 10pm daily.
At Kolour you will find small local retail shops with some recognisable brand name places, discount shops like Price Mart, Mannings pharmacist, Starbucks coffee shop and the likes. Read more荃灣千色匯猶如沙田新城市廣場,可謂當地地標 ; 無人不識,無人不知,個别市民祗是認識上程度的差異而已,但她既存在於荃灣,卻不能視而不見。不論何原因,稍加認識,總不是壞事。 此商場格局有多少奇怪,由大馬路千色正門一邊入,則是正常不過之商埸格局。當然,此商場開業距今已有一段歷史了,時代不同,並無新型商場之豪華、富麗以至舖位的四正、歸一及有闊落之間距、過道等更無煞有介事之各式裝潢、點綴。雖有中庭之佈局卻無留空中庭位置之運用,即,連本屬中庭位置之處亦出租與化粧品專賣品牌 ; 用得何其儘。 入門一層(地下)以護膚、化粧品為多,其他則以皮革鞋履為主,女仕是主客。上去一樓,多了些種類 ; 相信生活上有部份所須於此可有選擇 ; 男女服裝、内衣、鞋履及旅行用品可於此層多見,但最多者,卻為小朋友之玩具、鞋履、衣物及嬰兒用品。不過,此層與人之觀感,在各式攤位的設置上有種雜亂感。因商場之位置在荃灣區内屬絕佳地段,故,人流從不間斷而節假日更是旺盛,當天乃禮拜,再加樓底特矮,誇張些形容 : 若姚明到來亦接近頂頂已,甚覺壓迫。而因人潮過盛,體溫匯聚,貨物太多而空間逼夾之下冷氣已變得不存在,有催人儘早離開之感。 匆匆上到二樓 ; 亦以衣物鞋履為主,行過一轉。而再上三樓,此層面積稍細,人流卻旺。眼前所見,厨具、瓷器、家品、寢具等是主打,少量夾萬亦列其中。普遍家庭對以上用品都有一定須求,因此,不大的空間卻人頭鑽動。 既無所須,自然不會多留。回落一層,走到與另一邊連接之過道處,赫見此處擺滿專賣臺灣、韓國、日本等有機或聲稱健康的各式食品、沖劑,種類繁多,目不暇給,一時間,真有想買之衝動,祗是想到隨後須提攜在手而作罷。 開頭講過,此商場格局有多少奇怪 ; 就在於其通過過道而走到另一邊,在感覺上是轉到另一層次。這邊是以二樓過道作連接,走進這邊,整個格局頓變成長廊形,當然,本人亦知 ; 當初應是因地皮面積及連結等因素而使地產商不得不作如此安排。而人在這邊逛,感覺要比在另一邊舒適得多,起碼樓底高,冷氣夠再加上以直路為主而少了轉彎抹角須迴避對貨物或他人的碰撞。店舖之分佈在直道两傍,一間俟一間,並無品牌專賣櫃,與人以通暢整齊之感,分明是另一個商埸。 此處樓高共六層,連地面一層為七層。三樓及以上幾乎全為食肆,袛四樓怱然多了一間遊戲機舖而三樓本身則有少量其他商舖。但最意外的卻是三樓儘處有一開放戶外平臺,面積不大,卻種有不少竹樹及多種樹木,體形不細,其中有種不知名的樹種開滿黃花,煞是閱目。可能此處知者不多,故,在其中小憩者亦祗零星數人,確可得片刻寧靜。 二樓處儘是店鋪,以女仕時裝為主。因樓底比另一邊高,故通道亦於此層連接另一邊之三樓。落到一樓,全為店舖,而所賣乃各式其色,並無側重。既無所需,自然走過就算。再落到地下一層,對住路面一面舖位較大而開揚,租戶當以品牌稍微有些少名氣之商戶租用,因一般小商戶應無能力在此位置經營。 行遍整個千色匯,以本人感覺 ;...
