May 2025: came again after renovation. There is much more clean and spacious. A staff (male) responsible for cleaning provides good service. He cleans the floor frequently. Location is good. Food quality is good. Service is good. Price is reasonable. However, place is not clean. Many people occupied the table but they are not customers.

McDonald’s used to be a happy place. This place is run like a mess hall in a ghetto. Placed order via the terminal, got a ticket and the number was never called even when the food was out for ages. The number of the food was all facing the staff. So every customers have to move and peek around to see if their food was ready. Have they not learnt any lesson from SARS and Covid? The staff didn’t feel strange to see 10-15 orders ready and sitting on the counter, couldn’t bothered to ask if anyone was waiting? Or have the decency to show the ticket numbers to the customers so they could find their orders? I can see why some people are paid minimum wage and even...
