McDonald’s used to be a happy place. This place is run like a mess hall in a ghetto. Placed order via the terminal, got a ticket and the number was never called even when the food was out for ages. The number of the food was all facing the staff. So every customers have to move and peek around to see if their food was ready. Have they not learnt any lesson from SARS and Covid?
