Mini Paris Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Food maintain similar quality since I started coming to the restaurant about two decades ago, however, the size of food is smaller now. Process are more expensive as well, definitely chasing up with the inflation. Service is just fine, workers speak loudly with each other or even shouting volume, which could be quite disturbing. People who sat with us at the same table had to wait for more than 30 minutes (after their first main meal) for their second main meal. Atmosphere is loud, small, people are cramped up and we have to share the table...

You can't complain about the food too much at this place. It's cheap, we had the beef pho noodles, shrimp crackers with pork and shrimp moan cold noodles.

So my shrimp noodles tasted nice but the shrimp didn't look super fresh and it was tasteless. Also was not splayed with the poo sac removed.

Beef pho noodles was great and the shrimp crackers, dirty spoon so cleanliness could do better.

Foods quality seems decreasing as well as their service (e.g. we 6 people with 2 babies go inside and the waitress not allow us to choose the corner table, instead requested us to sit in a table which has less space in a not very polite manner, her reason is lunchtime is peak hour, they prefer people more than 6 to use that table. However, I did not see anyone occupy the corner table after we finished our lunch.)

I like their foods and always come, but I choose another Viet Food restaurant nearby...
