The food is 2 stars, but the ambiance is 4, so I give it 3. I HATE To do this because the owner is such a sweet guy. But someone needs to say it: The food is just done in the cheapest way possible. The garlic shrimp were super oily - no fresh garlic. I lived in Spain and love garlic shrimp, these were lame. They had this meat stew appetizer that almost tasted like dog food. I just don’t know how else to say it. The Paella Negra (with squid ink) was both a hit and a miss. The rice flavor (which is usually the hardest part to do) was great. But literally all the meats and seafood in the paella were inedible. The squid / calamari were like rubber. The clams were not fresh. It just seemed like the place bought frozen everything. Even the spansh tortilla - which they gave me as a treat (and I am going to hell for writing this review) was rubbery - as if it were microwaved. They try to push a carafe of wine instead of a glass etc. cheap. Also, BEWARE... THEY TAKE CASH ONLY They also add a tip and don’t tell you. They don’t tell you that they take cash only until after the meal. There are several better places...

We went here for New Years Eve 2020....Monica and her family were brilliant, they put a really great night on despite the restrictions of Covid. The food and service was great and the atmosphere too....we had a great night....All other restaurants in this area were closed and we really appreciated Monica and her team opening up for New Years...

Maravilloso restaurante en todos los sentidos y totalmente recomendado. Desde que entras al restaurante el servicio es impecable y la comida exquisita. Nosotros pedimos varios platos como las croquetas de pollo, los calamares fritos, el pulpo a la gallega, los medallones de solomillo y sangria. Todo fue una completa delicia!!! La próxima vez que visitemos nos gustaría probar la paella, y no tengo la menor duda de que saldremos igual de encantados. Sinceramente da gusto visitar lugares tan especiales en la ciudad...
