With planters and chains across entrances, it was confusing knowing where to enter or exit. Once inside we waited 10 min before we had to go to counter and ask waitress for menus. She seemed annoyed we asked even though there were only four tables occupied. Another 10 min and we finally caught her attention to order. The food was quite good however the fellow that brought it to us didn’t know what ketchup was. We even showed him a picture on our iPhone. All bueguers are juicy, it is just a matter of taste, "Burguer SanLuos" though, is in a different level, best Burguer un Medellín. Stakes and other cuts are a great choice, I've tried "Punta de anca" and "Bondiola a la Pizza", both are superb. Give a chance to this place, you will enjoy it.

Protocolos más bien flojos, en ningún momento nos tomaron temperatura o indicaron de lavarse las manos, lo hicimos por iniciativa, aunque si tienen gel/alcohol al alcance de todos.
