YOU MUST EAT HERE! When passion comes with decades of smart work you get a place like Sapori. I am truly mind-blown that they did not make it to Michelin yet. The old man (young chef at heart, learning everyday) is an actual scientist for Italian food. For example, simple thing like Caprese sandwich has sooo many layers of complexity to it, including bread made fresh everyday. I tried many great places in Italy including the great Massimo, but I surprised to say this, the vibe that this place has, the passion that this man puts into his food honestly beats everything I had in Italy. I stopped by Sapori Italiani for a quick coffee and I have to say it’s easily the best coffee in the area. Rich, flavorful, and comforting, it was the perfect way to relax. After that first visit we decided to come back for dinner and it was absolutely worth it.

The sausage and pasta were incredible, full of fresh flavor and perfectly prepared, and the lasagna was just as delicious, all made in-house with great care. Pairing it with a glass of red wine made the experience even better. To top it all off, the tiramisu was outstanding and truly made my night.

The owners are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and kind, which gives the place a genuine family feel. Whether you’re stopping in for an amazing cup of coffee or looking for authentic, delicious Italian food, Sapori Italiani is definitely a spot...

I am staying around the corner from this place and another Airbnb guest said this restaurant was a 10/10. They were very correct. I hesitated and tried their bread one morning and it truly was one of the best, if not THE BEST, Italian breads I’ve ever had (and it lasts well in this CR weather which is important). I go in here and ask the chef what he has based on what I’m craving. He never disappoints. He calls this place the “laboratory” because he creates things based on what he has so you have to trust the process! So if you’re craving Itialian, do yourself a favor and eat here!
