A great place to start with Japanese cuisine, their specialty is ramen, but they also sell gyozas, donburi and bao bites.
The ramen has plenty of variations, spicy and vegetarian included. My favorite one is the Shoyu ramen, paired with some pork bao bites.
Food is well served both in place and for delivery, it always arrives warm and no spills on sight. I mostly order from home, their ramen is comforting and unpretentious, perfect for any day when you need a pick me up.
I think this place is great for beginners because it allows for a lot customization in flavor and spiciness; i do not recommend it for kids though.
