Liquida/Costa Finca Specialty Coffee & Juice Bar — Restaurant in Granadilla

my best friend & i came to liquida 6 years ago and became instant fans. we were visiting costa rica again, & wanted to come back to liquida for their healthy food options which were delicious at the time & memorable. i specifically remember the banana bread with mango puree, their ice creams, smoothies, etc. when i visited this time around, many of the same food options were not available. i really wanted the banana bread with mango puree as this was one of my favorite desserts ever but i was informed management has changed, so some of the things i really wanted were no longer there. i decided that’s ok, i definitely wanted to go back still. unfortunately, when we went back, both of my smoothies tasted like chalk, they forgot to put my best friends order in which made us late and miss our plans for the remainder of the day. the one snack we had, and the smoothie my friend had were good though. i did message them on instagram about this, they apologized and wanted to make up for it but they never did. they actually ghosted me which is so rude and inconsiderate! very disappointing as this used to be one of my favorite places...

After waiting 6 years to go back to Liquida (we came from the states)- my best friend and I were very disappointed. The smoothies lacked flavor, cut their food options by 80%, and their cafe wasn’t cute and cozy like their previous location. After leaving for San Isidro, we wrote to them letting them know our experience. They said they wanted to make it up to us by delivering whichever options we wanted to our airb&b. Well, the day came and they never got back to us. Literally ghosted us.

We heard you guys changed management. Maybe rethink your decision before you lose more customers. Super...
