I recently visited this charming spot on a Saturday, drawn in by its beautiful views and inviting atmosphere. The food was a delightful experience – both delicious and well-presented. I was particularly impressed by the warm and friendly service from the female staff.
I had planned a leisurely afternoon, arriving around 1:00 p.m. for lunch, followed by dessert, and later, a coffee. As a novelist, I found this setting perfect for writing, and the staff initially seemed supportive of my extended stay, which amounted to around three hours and a total spend of about $60.
However, my experience was briefly marred around 3:30 p.m. when a male staff member interrupted my writing flow, suggesting that I couldn't stay longer. Despite explaining my patronage and noting the emptiness of the place, his approach was somewhat off-putting, though he did eventually relent. This interaction, unfortunately, disrupted my creative process, prompting me to leave earlier than intended.
Despite this hiccup, I still find this place lovely and the food worth the price. I do hope management can ensure a consistent approach to customer stays, especially when the establishment isn't busy. Allowing customers to linger, particularly when they're patronizing the business, adds to the social ambiance.
I look forward to returning soon and hope to continue using this delightful setting as a backdrop for my writing sessions. It would be great to have confirmation that spending a few hours here, as long as one is a paying customer,...
Read moreThe place was excelent, but been close is making 2 of my custumers sell their condos there, they own in los sueños to fish and party on the marina and the hook up, they get tired of been surrounded by other people babys on the beach club, they are looking for man places, their hoa never goes lower either when los sueños start taking services away from them, los sueños cut operation costs but never cut owners spenses, pushing people to family areas is not a smart idea for a place made to be a sport fishermans resort. They move to Quepos in to a friendly marina whit stores, restorants and bars open above the marina. Baby's don't pay for fishing trips, baby's don't buy millions dollars boats, baby's dont buy bottles of liquor, baby's don't buy million dollars condos, baby's can't eat more than a kids menu, los sueños is loosing money and pushing real custummers ( not renters ) out of the complex. Los sueños is loosing custumers to the outside bars and restorants. For sure me, my friends, wife an and her friends, custumers are going to Quepos. Ps when i want to talk to my wife, i have to go to Quepos, some times she makes me rent rooms there in quepos. I might as well sell here and buy in quepos too, close to my family, friends and custumers, we will be listing whit remax or any of the other...
Read moreOn our vacation, my husband and friends went to have a few drinks at the bar. The first server looked straight at us and ignored us. The second bartender came up to us and then after the first round of drinks never came back... We had to ask for our second round and when trying to check out was an extremely long time and finally had to ask the hostess to get involved. By the way, this place was not that busy. I am a very reasonable and patient consumer and am not quick to grow mad at people in the service industry as a I do understand variables... In summation, it was a terrible experience and I never...
