If I could, I would give this zero stars. The food was terrible, the bacon tasted like it was straight from a spoiled cut of ham, it tasted like plastic. The red drink as shown was sour and had no sweetener at ALL, even though it was marketed as very sweet. Now going on to the service, the drinks including BOTTLED WATER took 30 minutes to come while the table next to us was seated after us and brought their drinks far before ours. The food took another 20 minutes to come (it was ordered with the drinks). When the food came, we started to eat until a waiter started to fight with my friends over their burger. My two friends split a burger and the server argued that they both ordered their own burger. The server had come over twice to clarify that they were splitting it before we received our food and he wrote on paper in front of us 1 Baja burger and we gave him the thumbs up. Him and another member of the staff were still arguing my friends, eventually they did repent but it took far too long. The atmosphere is fairly good with some great vibe music. The food here tastes amazing! It is definitely satisfying after the hike back up the hundreds of stair steps from the base of the waterfall.

The only reason I knocked it down to four stars instead of five is simply because the prices are much higher than you might anticipate, especially considering the fact there is a $15 fee per person just to enter into the park, though the word park doesn’t seem to fit since the only trail available is for the singular experience of the waterfall.

I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was abysmal... the staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in actually doing their job. We waited an unreasonable amount of time just to get our drinks, and it only got worse from there.

When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. Everything was overcooked, bland & frankly, inedible. I wouldn't feed it to my worst enemy.
