I’ve been visiting Moro Café in La Sabana weekly since moving to San José, and it’s easily one of my favorite places to work from in the area. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure.
The food is consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend the Prensadas for breakfast and the Costilla Tamarindo for lunch or dinner. And don’t skip dessert—their sweets are truly exceptional!

Read moreThe bartender inside Secret Sabana tower left a metal spoon in the blender and turned it on, then instead of replacing the drink he served it with metal pieces and pretended that I and my son would drink that, the bottom was visibly full of metal, when I asked to replace my drinks with new ones he went on a tantrum and started to throw things in the sink, awful service and a concern to people’s heath, this happened on June 8th 2024 around 9pm all recorded on bar camera. Read moreWhat a lovely and beautiful Cafe! We had breakfast here on our last day in Costa Rica. It was a relaxing and lovely place to recall and share the highlights of our trip. My husband's Creole breakfast wasn't fancy, but was substantial and tasty. My omelet with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and caramelized onions was so delicious! And the fresh pineapple smoothie really hit the spot. The service was quick and kind. I loved all the plants gracefully helping create a chill and stylish vibe....
