If you go to Picanha Grill, I really recommend to go with several hours of not eating that day to make the money worth. It's a great first experience if you've never gone to a Rodizio style restaurant before, where the staff goes around the tables with different meat cuts at your disposal and you decide if you take it or not by using a little sign on your table. It has green on one side, meaning "Yes, I'd like to have please" and red on the other side meaning "No thank you, I'm good at the moment". After you are seated, you can go right away to the buffet style section where you can get different dishes and sauces self-served and bring them to your table, which are included in your bill with the all-you-can-eat meat. In addition, they offer pizza, cheese bread and garlic bread which are just great. About the meat, there are several cuts including chicharrón, baby beef, chorizo, chicken, etc. What you have to pay for are the drinks (alcohol or soft drinks) and the desserts. The atmosphere is great to bring the family and sometimes there is live music. Note: No takeout-delivery and the only thing you can bring with you are the desserts and...
Read moreWe went on a friday evening, the staff needs training, the sever was new I guess we coulnt hear what she was saying, another more experienced server step in and help us. The manager was seating right next to us and had better service , we order the C. 65,000× 2 all you eat no drinks included. We were a total of 4 so we paid C.130,000 plus service and tax . The meat wasnt all the good . The salad bar was limited , and the down part was the stuff you with the cheap cuts first over and over .... then they bring the expensive ones by then you already full . I been in other brazilian restaurants with the same concept and they bring a variety . In this location you have to ask for the good cuts . No Would not come back. The drinks are beyond expensive. The lay out of the place is a big square with 25 tables . No...
Read moreAfter checking some positive reviews on Google in early April, we stopped at the Picanha Grill to enjoy some Brazilian churrasco. As we arrived, we were greeted by a man who seemed to be the manager or owner and who after seating us, asked a couple questions, left and ignored us the entire time. If it wasn't for the servers "Gauchos" and the courteous Ticas, we would probably have left the place and most likely not being noticed. JUST AWFUL! We felt like as if we were there doing a favor. The meat was juicy, although we didn't relax to enjoy it, the salad bar was good but limited and the deserts were pricey. Because of the unpleasant customer service experience, I would never recommend them to family members or friends. Busquem outra churrascaria pois desconfio que brasileiros não são bem-vindos...
