McDonald's — Restaurant in San Francisco

This is the worst McDonald's with the worst food and service. I went here twice, not going back for a third time. The first time they messed up my order at the drive-thru, they didn't add the correct ingredients to my burgers and because it was raining I let it pass since I was already home. The second time around they not only messed the other I was charged twice for the order, had to fill out a form and 30 days later I still haven't gotten a refund. EDIT BELOW!!! This is a 2 story McDonald's and is very close to a Wal-Mart. The second story is where the play area is located and was very hot but they had an air conditioned area off to the side where we had easy access to the playground. The service was a little slow but they were attentive and helpful.

Edit: went back and it was so filthy. Not a single clean table. Everyone has to clear their own table to sit. Spilled drinks all over the floor. Just gross. Will...

Ordered via the drive-thru, the service was ok and fairly fast but what is absolutely appalling and the reason we won't be returning is the taste of clorox in all 4 cheese burgers ordered.

Made me physically sick. We were able to identify that the taste of clorox was in the ketchup of the burgers but absolutely not consumible burgers, and the fries were stiff and lacked salt. Just go to the McDonald's in heredia center instead don't...
