Para agregar a mi comentario, tengan por entendido que si vienes a Pedro del menú principal te atienden q es una maravilla,.pero si pides el menú ejecutivo de inmediato cambia el servicio, no les gusta para nada que pidas menú ejecutivo, en ese caso x q no lo eliminan? Me parece de mal gusto. Es un lugar muy sabroso para almorzar o bien degustar algún corte de carne o parrilladas grupales que son muy buenas. Frecuento el lugar durante el año y las experiencias han sido buenas; aunque no tanto cuando uno va por el menú ejecutivo que a los meseros se les ve en la cara que no les agrada que uno pida ese tipo de platillo, posiblemente porque ganan menos porcentaje que de una comida de menú general. Hoy si tuve la suerte de ser atendido por una mesera de muy buena gana, coordial y atenta a cualquier ayuda (Shirrley); pero al finalizar el almuerzo me dirigí a pagar a la caja principal y un colaborador alto, sin cabello y con aretes cuyo nombre no se me iba a cobrar y le solicite un almuerzo para llevar que me dijo tardaba 10 minutos y le dije q esperaba y en ese instante llego la mesera que me atendió y me llevo a cobrarme a tora caja y me entrego un platillo para llevar que anteriormente había solicitado. Espere casi 20 minutos y al preguntar por el segundo plato para llevar a la persona indicada anteriormente que no se el nombre me dijo que ya me lo habían entregado y evidentemente era el anterior. I enjoyed my drink and the staff more than my actual meal. I had two passion fruit daiquiris that were amazing. My server was extremely helpful, especially since I really don’t speak much Spanish. He checked on me multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed. The steak burger unfortunately was not great. The meat was mostly fat and I had to keep taking it out of the bun to cut off the huge chunks of fat leaving very little meat for the burger. Fries were decent though. Excellent service and attention to details , once you enter you could choose between having a lovely diner inside surrounded by the evolving smell of deliciously cooked meat and fish, or you could venture yourself to eat outside with plants and vines as your walls in a very green and friendly and relaxing environment away from the city stress, but still close to core of Heredia.
