Food was delicious - made slow and from scratch with high quality ingredients. This was evident just by taste, and confirmed when the owner - Caroline - came out and chatted with us and told us about it. She showed us the fresh grated coconut from which she makes the coconut milk that serves as the base of so many flavors. No canned stuff here. Fresh coconut milk is so laborious to make but the flavor difference is night and day. Caroline is a friendly, interesting, and passionate woman and we enjoyed talking with her after we ate.
