Buffet Stari Kotač — Restaurant in City of Zagreb

We went there on Sunday night. It was very crowded. We ordered ćevapi and chicken we waited over than 50 minutes. Waiters and food was extremely slow due to crowd. It was too hot even though we went after 8.30 there was no air conditioning so we wanted to leave earlier but even for bill we had to wait a lot. The waiter dropped our food, he was rushed to table all the time and hit my dad with fork. Place is nice but due to crowd meat wasn't grill as it supposed to be and food looked very rushed so I wasn't very happy with the experience but my friends said in it's normal schedule they should be better. I don't know. There are parkings around and prices are good not...

Good food, but... It was weekday, time between lunch and dinner, so we did not expect the place to be crowded. But we waited for a long time to be seated, and served. Waiters avoid any eye contact and simply ignore you. And then after we managed to order, we waited for more than an hour for food. We got half of amount of bread (lepinja) that is belonging to the portion. Food was good, no complaints there. There was neither soap nor towels in the toilet. When I warned the personnel, lady sad sorry and we will fix this immediately. One hour later still no soap and towels. The place was packed, and now I understand why: most of people is waiting due to...

In my opinion, the restaurant's service was subpar and did not even warrant a 2-star rating. The only reason for which I am giving a second star is that we were able to get a table without a reservation.

The staff's greeting of "Bogdaj" was unprofessional and inappropriate in my opinion. Apparently, you treat guests like friends!

The meal did not meet my expectations. The cheese-stuffed burger was adequately prepared, but it lacked any distinguishing characteristics

We received Pommes fries instead of the potato slices we had ordered, and it was cold.

The restroom was not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

I won't be going back to that...
