Hotel Vienna — Hotel in City of Zagreb

We were on the road for two days, chose this hotel to spend one night. The price is average, 85 euros per night for two people. There was a hope to just get some sleep. The photo showed white beds, an ordinary room, nothing unusual. Based on the results of the night - guys, it's time to buy new beds or at least mattresses! The beds are short for the average adult. The mattresses are made of springs, they press on the bones, they creak. In the morning you feel unrested. You feel even worse and also feel that you were deceived. They took money as for a European standard room, but in fact you slept in a dirty, uncomfortable room. P.S. There are also spiders in every corner, dirty dusty curtains. There is no kettle to make even tea to calm down. Conclusion - you are stuck in the distant past, with the prices of the future. A hotel is for relaxing, not suffering. Visitors usually want ordinary comfort. The hotel is conveniently located outside of the city centre and easily accessible from the “Slovenia – Sea” highway. It features 24h front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a hotel parking but due to its bad accessibility they’ve recommend me to find parking spot on the street and only if I would fail, they’d show me where the parking was. If you are on the proper side, you’ll have beautiful view of the Sljeme hill. Breakfast does not offer many options but is good. Unfortunately, during my stay, I forgot some items in my room. Nobody from the hotel has contacted me about my forgotten items and I had to call them several times to get confirmation that they have found them, so I could arrange a friend to pick them for me. I would expect that in an event I forget my belongings in a hotel, the hotel tries to contact me. They had my phone number, or they could have contacted me via Booking.com. If they already didn’t contact me, I’d expect that a notice is given to the reception so when I call, they can tell me that they found it, not that I have to call several times being told that they didn’t know and to call later once a person from other shift comes and then again to call next day when...

The staff at the hotel is very kind, the girl in the reception even made ua scrambles eggs the first morning when we were late for breakfast. Price was okay. Unfortunatly the positive stops there. There was "a problem" with the room we ordered, so we got another room without a balcony (which i had ordered), and no discounts or compensation. When we first got into the room there were about 20 ants on the floor, eating something. On the 3rd and last night of our stay the toilet wouldn't flush.
