Traditional Vincek quality and cake size, at traditional Vincek prices, e.g. higher than a common pastry shop. Open space to three sides allows for decent ventilation. However, tolerance to smoking is no good deal. People bring kids there, more often than in some traditional restaurants. And smokers simply have to pleasure themselves, and do not think about anyone else. And Croatia has anti-smoking laws. Personel? Mostly OK, some even better than that, and some others...

Vincek je prva prava slastiÄarnica kod nas u moru bezliÄnih, polujestivih kolaÄa koji se posluzuju na mjestima koja se ne bi ni smjele zvati slasticarnicama. Onda je dosla moda otvaranja novih slasticarnica sa zanatski izradjenim kolacima i sladoledima, fransize, poznate face koje zele imati svoju slasticarnicu, skupo placeni recepti kako bi imali vjerodostojnost.... Moram priznati da se tada kvaliteta ponude jako podigla, uz to naravno i cijene. Neki su brzo nestali, neki se pretvorili u fency mjesto , gdje je trebalo biti vidjen subotom na spici, neki se pretvorili u kafiÄ..... Jer ruku na srce , tesko je zadrzati kvalitetu, stalno imati isti okus, svjezinu, sezonske namirnice...to je zahtijevno i ako to nemate u srcu , nemoguÄe. Vincek je ne maruÄi za trendove radio, sirio se, zadzao svoju viziju i ostao broj jedan sto se tiÄe kolaÄa, pa cak i sladoleda. Bez obzira sto narucili, uvijek znate tocno sto cete dobiti, jednakog okusa, kvalitete, svjezine... Kako prije 10 godina, 5, tako i sada. I kremÅ”nita, i tiramisu, Å”varwald, sacher, boem , cheescake, razne torte, kesten pire.... jedini kolaÄ koji mi nije najbolji i najdrazi za naruciti je baklava. Za sve ostalo Vincek je...
