The positives: Clean rooms. Warm water. Receptionist was nice. Air conditioning (kinda). Big wardrobe storage. Good location with shopping nearby. Small fridge (found it next day by accident inside the wardrobe). Price was fine (56€ per night).
The Negatives: Paying with cash only. Extremely bad internet. Receptionist not available most of the time. The guy working morning shifts doesn't speak English English. Receptionist did not know how long we are staying and for what price. Water pressure was weak. Electric kettle was in a horrible condition. Receiver not working, only the TV. Their advertised photos were nothing like reality (no coffee/ tee machines for example). Not sure about this, but the air conditioning was not real conditioning, the air was very slightly cold. The bed was squeaky and the sheets made me itchy (my skin is sensitive though).

Read moreI stayed here for 2 nights, here's my review: 👍 • Great location • Check-in was smooth • Nice common balcony facing the residential neighbourhood, tram station just 5 mins away by walk • We arrived 30 mins early, so the receptionist did quick room cleaning, sheets were clean & fresh, there was water kettle, hair dryer, soap, shower gel etc. • There were other guests in other rooms but there was no disturbance whatsoever

My reservation, which had been confirmed since February at a clearly stated rate, was unilaterally cancelled just one month before my trip — allegedly because "the price wasn't realistic." I was offered a ridiculous €5 discount instead of honoring the original rate, even though prices had since increased by over €40. This is not the customer’s responsibility. If there was a pricing mistake, it should have been addressed at the time of booking — not four months later.
