I wanted to leave a review and complaint for this KFC, but then I read the other reviews and realized what I experienced is actually happening for at least 4 months, or since this location opened. Someone from “owner’s account“ keeps asking people to send another complaint to their email address, instead of addressing the problem. Here’s my addition to a growing list of unhappy customers: I made an order at the counter, because all four touch screens were switched off. The person taking the order was probably new, but we managed to get through the ordering process without major issues (yes, I am Croatian, a native of Pula, and speak the local language). She wasn’t familiar with all the food options displayed behind her, but with some pointing and repeating, I successfully ordered meals for me and my wife. The server didn’t know how to use the card reader, but after several attempts of me waving my phone all over the terminal, she discovered the wireless card reader and successfully completed the order. I got the cup for drinks, poured myself 7up, which is a clear drink, and that’s how I saw it was spotted with lots of black spots which could have been machine grease, or something else, but appeared neither drinkable nor appealing to see. I showed it to the staff. The woman who took my order washed the paper cup under tap water and was returning it to me when the manager told her to give me a new cup. I tried a re-fill, this time on Pepsi. The drink faucet came on full force and wouldn’t stop. Pepsi was flowing and spraying all around. The manager came to fix it, couldn’t, yelled for keys and ended up shutting it all off and putting a post-it note “out of service” on that faucet. There was a similar note on three other faucets too. Obviously, since this location opened, they haven’t been able to get the drink fountain to work. There was no apology or, god-forbid, smile. The staff didn’t look ashamed, they looked angry. As if their malfunctioning equipment was my fault. Now, if I was the person behind the “owner’s account”, responding to so many bad reviews, I would replace the darn drink fountain with the new one, and I would bring someone from a real KFC outlet to train my staff how to behave. And, especially, how to...
Read moreUnfortunately, my visit to KFC Pula was far from what I expected. The food was cold, the order was wrong, and the overall service just felt careless. For a brand like KFC, you expect a certain standard — hot, crispy chicken and quick, accurate service — but that wasn’t the case here.
When I received my meal, the fries were lukewarm, the chicken had clearly been sitting out for a while, and part of my order was missing. Even after pointing it out, the staff didn’t seem too interested in fixing the mistake. It felt rushed and disorganized, which really took away from the experience.
The restaurant itself looked fine, but when the food and service don’t deliver, it doesn’t matter much. Especially when you’re paying full price, you at least expect a hot meal and the right items.
⭐ Rating: 1.5/5 Pros: Decent seating area, easy to find. Cons: Cold food, wrong order, uninterested staff. Wouldn’t recommend — there are better spots to grab a...
Read moreThe worst KFC I've ever been to. If it wasn't for the name I would never guess it is a KFC. The food was terrible in taste, texture nothing what I remember KFC taste like. We ordered Bucket , Quritto ( that had only tortilla and 2 peace of small meat, a piece of cheese and a looooot of BBQ sauce). Not to mention the kids menu, terrible spicy with add -ons that I don't believe any kid eats. The refill drink one time taste ok, the second time tasted bitter. I'm really sorry I didn't take any pictures. I would definitely not recommend this place especially if you come with small kids. Although I have really kind words for the workers who tried to fix the kids menu and give me another burger that was not spicy for free but they unfortunately couldn't change the taste. You definitely need to work to bring the original taste of...
