Straight up tourist trap. I bought a cigar from them and they were trying to push me to buy a large bundle of 20 cigars. As soon as I said no they started ignoring me and giving me dirty looks. The cigar that I bought was actually pretty bad. The wrapper wouldn't light to save it's life while the filler blazed away like a tinderbox.
