Food was terrible and service slow. Took ages to serve us and it wasn't busy. When food came, samosa's were frozen and heated up in microwave. Korma was pale in colour and didn't taste right. I ordered something mild spicy with onions and peppers, when it I was looking for the chicken, only 3 pieces. My husband found a hair in his food and I went to wipe my hands with a wet wipe that was sitting on the table and noticed it was dry. Looked for a date and it was 1 1/2 years out of date. Called manager over, lied to us to cover himself saying it was a piece of ginger that my husband found. My husband said if it was ginger it would break and it doesn't break,it's a hair. When I told him about the wet wipes,he said it's the production date. When I showed him it actually says expiry on it he shut up. A year and a half those wipes have been sitting there. Can you imagine what else goes on in there? Made us feel sick. Never ever returning. Even if it's the last place on earth. I'd...
Read moreWe had a really bad experience here. We asked for spicy and sweet prawns soup as a starter and dim sum, salad and halloumi as a main.
The salad was provided first by itself. They the. Brought the dim sum, about 10 minutes later. Then they brought a chicken soup instead of the prawns one. We asked for our prawn soup and the owner said it might take a while to which we said fine. About ten minutes later they brought out the soup, with about half of the size of the original portion (you must order at least two portions of you order the soup). The soup was lacking the chilly ingredient and was essentially the wrong order again. We asked for them to add the chilly sauce and they just took the soup and never brought it back. Then we asked for the check. And then they brought the Halloumi.
So we just went to have dinner...
Read moreI visited the restaurant on Sunday (19/09/21) for lunch, with the intention to have one of the grilled meals, and to our surprise the very kind waitress told us that there was no barbeque meals served at that time only after 6 p.m. We said ok let's try some of the Indian specialties. We ordered a starter, two main course dishes, rice and naan bread. Everything was very tasty but the main dish portions were petit!! I would say they were fit for a child. If I consider the price of the dishes I would say it's not very value for money, it's more on the expensive side (considering the size of the portions). I would recommend it if you are not starving or if you are, make sure you order more food (at least when it's from the Indian menu because we didn't get a chance to try their...
