⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ifalos Taverna is an absolute gem in Paralimni! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Cypriot hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The atmosphere is charming, relaxed, and beautifully set up for both families and couples.

The food is simply exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with love. Every dish was a perfect balance of authentic Cypriot tradition and top-quality ingredients. The seafood was cooked to perfection, the meze selection was generous and delicious, and the local wine paired beautifully with it all.

What really makes Ifalos stand out is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible dining experience, and it truly feels like you’re being looked after by friends rather than just restaurant staff.

Lovely traditional Greek Cypriot restaurant in the pernera bay area of protaras. Some of the food is excellent and other choices so-so, but the staff are welcoming and helpful. The main reason for a reduced food star is the lack of range of vegetarian Greek main courses. My partner does not eat aubergine and nearly all the choices include this popular Greek vegetable. Perhaps a few more bean based traditional dishes would be good. Having said that, the meat and meze dishes are well presented and generous. Went for a group dinner on the first night in Cyprus for a holiday. The restaurant was busy and was very accommodating. We waited a bit later for everyone to be ready, but still had to sit separately as we were a large group. But the staff was really accommodating to our large group. As it’s our first meal in Cyprus, I only had my eyes on the traditional Cypriot dishes. The starters were really tasty. Greek salad was fresh.
