Caffè Nero Strovolos Library — Restaurant in Strovolos

The worst coffee ever. (Im a regular visitor of Nero in Cyprus and compere this shop with others around Enkgomy, Aglangia, Dali, Pafos, Oroclini). We ordered 4 coffees and each of them was awful. Staff manage to make mistakes with all customers they served before us (one lady returned to shop, while we was waiting for our order, because they didn't add milk to her freedo cappuccino to someone else they didn't gave water but charged for it) Barista doesn't listen to the order and make his own choices. Even that I could postpone in case if coffees was norman. But, coffee taste was disgusting (even worse than cheep Coffee Island). Cappuccino was watery, poor taste, it was less coffee used than usually, *they made economy, inside cap - 60 % foam. Generally I'm not surprised why people stopped visiting this particular Nero. Staff sitting and smoking on veranda all day long, they barely moove when customers coming to make an order, impolite, slow, careless; vitrina with snacks is empty; tables stays uncleaned, when guests leaves. Shop was empty, during 2 hours this place visited around 10 customs and everyone had trouble with orders (stuff don't pay attention while taking...

After 5 pm the place is filled with irresponsible parents and it is too crowded for the staff to serve everyone.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get a simple latte and a iced tea which was a completely mess-up.

Not to mention that one of the kids went and peed in the corner on a bush, and parents refuse to control their children allowing them to scream and annoy others trying to relax at a cafe.

Definitely only worth going to during mornings of early lunch hours. Its a complete chaos after 4;30 pm. Staff do nothing about it since they are under staffed....

This is a great neighborhood coffee shop. Families come here to have coffee & visit, and the kids play in the grassy yard. I've been here many times, and it has a very pleasant atmosphere - it's also shares a building with a municipal public library (it's hard to find the library open - they have very abbreviated hours). The one drawback is that they only offer paper straws (despite having disposable plastic cups). Paper straws make for a very unpleasant...
