I decided to go to watch the World Cup match with my gf in the early afternoon, we called first to be sure about the match, but no answer. We arrived, a girl welcome us, asking if we reserved (was basically empty just 4-5 tables) so she asked to another guy , and he promptly gave us the first table available. We wait 15 minutes for someone to come to take the order I asked for a pint of erdinger and half pint of blanche, the guy went asking at the bar abput the blanche for my gf but said was not available, so I asked for half pint of the same beer as mine for my gf,but the waiter clarified that they don't serve half pints, then I have asked which weiss beer were available by bottle and he says too many he can't remember and suggested to check again the menu and he would have come back in few minutes... well they have 3 bottles of weiss, Hb,krombacker and schneider not hard ro remember 🙃so we waited additional 10 minutes and we decided to order from the lady but she said only drink for the food we need to wait the other guy! After 40 minutes we managed to order the food 1 porkchop which specifically said in the menu melting in your mouth🫡 1 minute before the beginning of the second half the food has arrived (was still almost empty the pub) well the porkchop was hard, dry and overcooked, French fries very oiled and overcooked, most likely also old oil from fry looking at the the dark colours of the chips, well is passed 4 hours I still have pain in my stomach 😀 I should have probably send it back, but after all the time waited I was hungry... funny thing when we paid they asked if we want to leave a tips, so Cypriot style, ...

Read moreWe arrived at 5pm. Maximum 8 - 12 people were there. It's not a small place. Practically empty. We open the door, a man blocks our entrance. He asks gruffly if we have a reservation. I say "no" giving a quick scan to the mostly empty interior. Man obviously 'annoyed' at our presence states emphatically: "Eshi match popse" and unwillingly points us to a 2 seater. I try to soften him up by smiling and saying we weren't aware of the match. He ignores my attempt as he walks away and graces me with his posterior. We sit down. No one brings us menus. We wait. No one comes. So we each take a food menu for ourselves. We decide on our order and i wave at the waitress who has just placed nachos on the opposite table. She comes to our table and stares at me blankly. "Can we please order?" I say. "We're not serving food" she says ubruptly. "But you just served them nachos?" I question. "All we have is nachos. Kitchen doesn't open until 6.30". No polite question follows...perhaps we'd like to have nachos and wait? As we get up to leave noone questions our exit so shortly after we arrived.Noone opens the door. Or says -anything along the lines of customer service/marketing 101. This is the definition of a business seeing Euros instead of humans. Forget 'customers' this place doesn't even get basic manners. Give money to such...
