Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nicosia

I came with my friends yesterday to dine in at 8:50 pm. When we went inside and there was nobody at the front to say hello and tell us where to sit. We where chasing the waitresses around and finally told us to sit wherever we wanted. Then when we ordered, they came back 2 minutes later and told us that the oven was broken and needed at least 40-45 minutes, so we gave them a chance and stayed. Minwhile I was going around the tables cause they didn't bring forks for the table , or continents or anything and after 20 minutes we went to the waitress and reminded her that we ordered 1 bottle of water and 1 soft drink. After 45 past and the food still didn't come out. We ended eating at 22:15 and left after 10'...

I hesitated between one and two stars.I ate here yesterday with my family, the service was really slow, food came out like the service at Wagamamas. Despite this the Pizza was great, one thing which is consistent here. That said, it’s not cost affective to eat here with children.

They no longer have a children’s menu. You can order a four slice pizza, but it’s not on the new menu, therefore it’s a guessing game. Also the salad bar is the price of a pizza, and drinks are small and not refillable. I believe they maybe on a Monday to Thursday when your children are at school 🤷‍♀️

It appears Pizza Hut have cut costs but not thought about their target audience...

I just love Pizza Hut (Cyprus!) I can’t say the same for Pizza Hut (UK) unfortunately! They have a section called ‘Wing Street’ where they make the most delicious wings, either on the bone or off the bone and they also serve American style BBQ Ribs, Coleslaw and Fries or Wedges. Their pizzas are very tasty also! Don’t be put off if you don’t like Pizza Hut in your home country, Pizza Hut in Cyprus is VERY different! This Pizza Hut is especially good with lots of parking, great service and very clean. You can smoke in special areas which have tv and heaters for the winter if you’re so inclined. Well...
