Reckless Bar — Restaurant in Strovolos

I recently visited this place with my friends. We had an awful experience, here is more information. Our server was a male, wearing glasses. When he came to take our order he didn’t want to bring us menus, even when we asked for them, he insisted that “he is here to help us, with our order”. When he brought us our drinks, we asked him for popcorn, since all the tables around us had popcorn and he hadn’t brought us any, we asked in a polite way, and he straight up told us no. He then told us, “only if you say the magic word”, in which he meant that we needed to please him to bring us popcorn. The bar does not accept bill splitting, which is acceptable, but he forced us to pay him in cash, telling us that the minimum card amount is 30€. This thing being illegal by the way. As a customer you should be allowed to pay with card at any amount. Overall the experience of the service was an absolute 0, which brought down the entire experience, would not recommend you to go...

So here is the thing: 1.half of the place has no music 2.The staff is a bit rude and bad tempered, they behave at you as you are a child, they don’t want to serve you and help you have a nice experience. Everybody is smoking inside 4.They told us we can’t pay by card if the bill is less than 30€. When we were seated at the secondary space of the pub (where there is no music) we asked to move in the primary space so we can listen to some music, they denied that to us. (We were just 2 people) so when we saw an opening and asked if we could move there they said no. In the end we moved there without asking again and we were fine.

Honestly I don’t know what is wrong with this place, just be a human and serve your customers that want to drink a beer and listen...

So here is the magic! We have been there for 20 minutes to have someone walk to our table to take an order. (After a few attempts waving out hands and shouting for someone to come to our table)

Took like 10-15 mins for the first beer to arrive and 10 more for the rest Even though we were like 5 people instead of bringing all of the drinks on one or two attempts

After all us arrived 13 more minutes for the water and one more beer (counted on the clock) to arrive.

There was literally no music on half of the place and the other half had 1 or 2 speakers to cover the area so you can imagine how loud people talking was isted.

This is the last time i visit this "pub" Not really anything against the stuff but more likely...
