BAZ TOWER — Hotel in Nicosia

Baz Tower is always a perfect choice! How many times I stayed alone or with my family, the working personal is amazingly helpful and gives attention to any of your requests according to your stay! The reception is open whole day from early morning until evening! The lady in the reception (Marina) is always talking in a politest way and helps with so many questions, that it is not even her job to do that! Mr.Tasos, who answers for the maintenance of the building, is always there for any difficulties that may happen. When I forgot the key inside apartment in the late evening(night time), they come just for me to open the door! It is so kind of these people to call a taxi for me or to unlock my door, when I ask them. They are very kind and respectful Marina and Tasos! I am definitely coming again and again to this hotel-apartments only because of their humanity! Never saw again such a helpful stuff nowhere in the world! Keep going guys! My greatest wishes...

They sent me a msg with instructions about self check-in. When I came to the room I noticed that it was dirty. Next morning they knock on my door and said that they had sent me another email after assigning me to another room since they didn't have time to clean the first one. However, they didn't offer to move me to the other cleaner room, despite the fact I would be staying 3 more nights ("since you already stayed there you are good!!!!"). The room 402 is nicely decorated but as I said dirty and smelling, walls were full of markings and it lacked even basic amenities like toilet paper. For 120 euros per night, without breakfast or any other service, this was one of my worst and most overpriced experiences. I stayed there before and my experience was good but after this, do not...

We were there for 28 days, nothing to complain about. The best place you can ever stay. The apartment is awesome clean and tidy, the balcony a heaven especially on the 5th floor, a weekly cleaning service included, more utensils provided in the apartment from the detailed ones on their website. The surrounding is amazing, close to everything. The apartments are managed to perfectness, especially by Marina the most wonderful and professional person you can deal with, very genuine, friendly, supportive and helpful, as well as Tasos. Thank you Marina for being such a wonderful person, we cannot thank you enough for your continuous support during our journey there and your amazing assistance is so appreciated.
