Based on my brief and personal experience, I believe that subjective expressions regarding the statement are possible due to the hurt I experienced. However, as the response mentioned, it was not their intention, so I will revise the statement about "racism against Asians."

❗️However, the claim in the response that it was due to being busy during the weekend is completely inaccurate. There were many empty tables, and after I placed my order, 7-8 more groups arrived. It was only when I was already eating that the indoor tables appeared to be full.❗️

I am currently writing a Google review. I wrote the initial review, and now I am trying to write a response to the reply from the establishment. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

A place where you can experience "Bad Experience".

I visited on June 8, 2024. I was wearing a white short-sleeve t-shirt and a hat, and I came with my wife.

I am a Korean living in Žilina, Slovakia. To enjoy the weekend, my wife found Lednice Castle, and we decided to visit. We had a great time exploring the castle, but we got very hungry and entered this restaurant with high Google ratings.

When we entered, there was a sign instructing us to wait for service. We waited, but nobody came for 5-10 minutes.There were about 5 employees working inside that I could see. None of them were busy serving; one was handling the payments (another one came to help when more customers arrived to pay). The others were checking the menu, delivering a single beer, and walking around. We made eye contact several times, but nobody approached us.

Finally, after other customers who came in after us walked past us to the counter to order, I said, "Excuse me." Even then, nobody came, and I had to call out louder multiple times before someone finally came.

Afterwards, I noticed that no European-looking people had to wait even for 1-2 minutes at the spot where we waited.

The burgers might be good. However, it is difficult to make an accurate assessment because we were very hungry. But one thing I can say is that the bread was too tough, and I know of at least two better burger places in Žilina (Street Foodie, Porkbelly Gastrohouse). So, I can't say this place is that great.

But their service attitude was the worst I've experienced since coming to Europe. I never want to come back.

I hope this place doesn't succeed. Nevertheless, I hope the customers who visit here always...

Visited there during the weekend with my wife and kids and expectated to have good burgers and decent service. We arrived at 15:00 and the place was half empty.

However, it took OVER AN HOUR for the food to arrive. We were so hungry that we were ready to chew the burgers but they were really BAD - the meat was tasteless and full of so many sauces that did make no sense. The veggie burger was no less than disgusting and I simply could not have more that one bite of it.

The service was not only very slow, but lack of any flexibility - my son asked to have his burger served with only one sauce instead the too many showed in the menu but the waitress stressed out they do not allow changes to their recipe...

Bottom line, will never go back...

Stopped by during weekend lunchtime, the place was mostly empty, so we got a table very easily. The waiting staff approached us immediately, which was very pleasant. The menu is consisting mostly of burger/steak options, but I went for the tortilla. This turned out to be a very good choice. The food was freshly made, juicy, tasty, absolutely delicious. For dessert we tried the apple pie. Even though it was heated in the microwave, it was still really tasty and worth having. This place is definitely worth a visit, pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable, attentive and willing. Definitely a 5 star from me. Thank you, I hope to...
