The staff was never especially friendly there. But our today's experience is out of scale. When we asked for a knife to pancakes, the first response was: "I do not give knives to pancakes." Fortunately, we got them in a minute. When we asked about a strange spicy taste of french fries, we never got any answer at all. The portion of french fries delivered with a fish was ridiculously small. We asked for extra fries and the second portion was twice that big (which looked normal). Menu listed mussels made with garlic and wine. There was no garlic, and we did not get any wine taste at all. They should use the ingredients listed in the menu. One of our group members had lactose intolerance. We told the staff and negotiated a dish without lactose. Obviously the message never got to the kitchen and they used butter for frying the salmon. Abdominal pain followed. We asked for a receipt. After 15 minutes we asked another waitress. Obviously the original message never passed through. Processes and staff communication is very poor. I wonder that people to not invest in their most expensive assets - people - when running such a business. Bring your own toilet paper! There also isn't any key to lock the toilet doors. Only...

Menu at the restaurant doesn't match the offer on their website, dishes are somehow ok but too much garlic and I mean tons of garlic which covers fish taste, calamari was overcooked. Fish soup thought tasted very good, will give it another chance next summer at...

Great fish soup. Great fishes and calamari. Great place and terrace. 4.5 ⭐️ to the chief! But 2⭐️for the service :-/ it was really bad (strange communication, super-slow, forgot to order sides for us, ...)
