Allegretto restaurant — Restaurant in Prague

My starter was very good but small for the price (4 prawns and a lot of bread !), the carbonara was too salty (at least for me as I don't eat much salt) and absolutely not a traditional one, it was not done the italian way. As the restaurant is inside the hotel I was expecting quite a similar standing but some details such as not giving a spoon to eat spaghetti or the quality of the food makes it a little lower. It was quite expensive and I already had better quality for the same price and even a little cheaper, especially about the carbonara. We arrived at the Don Giovanni Hotel late in the evening and did not want to go out to eat. We decided to try the hotel's restaurant, and it was quite good. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a nice ambiance. They have a live pianist playing every night. Most hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one was quite good. I ordered the pork cheeks with cider and purée. The service was also great, which made for a good meal. I ordered a medium rare stake and the meat was from 50 year old cow. It was the toughest steak in Czechia. To be fair the waiter was very helpful and even cut the steak to prove it. They replaced the meat but wrong dish the second time, 1 hour later another tough steak. The chef manager was not very helpful and not trying to understand the issue.
