BubbleTea, OXO TEA - kuličky, tapioka, čajové koktejly - Metropole Zličín — Restaurant in Prague

Unfortunately we were faced with an arrogant young lady who was blonde and just disinterested. She didn’t have the tapioca ready at 11:30am which is shockingly bad. She is not smiling or welcoming to the customer and rushes you to make an option, regardless of whether or not there is a queue. She made plenty of mistakes whilst preparing the bubble tea and charging the card. She should not be working in this establishment.

In contrast, when we come during later hours, there is a very welcoming and friendly young man who works there. He does his best to communicate in English and hasn’t made any mistakes as of yet. He is the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars as opposed to none.

Jako člověk neznalý jsem chtěla ochutnat tenhle čaj, kolem kterého chodim do práce a jsem zklamaná. Obsluhu jsem téměř neslyšela, jelikož je tam sklo a pokud neni kolem vas ticho, slyšíte úplnou tužku. Slečna se na men divala dost pohrdavě, když jsem nepochopila jak fungují specialní drinky a že ty vypsane příchutě jsou pro čaj, ne kuličky. Bohužel ani samotný čaj nebyl moc dobrý, byla to slabá šťáva s lehkým nádechem švestky. Jedine co bylo fajn byly boruvkove kuicky. Za ty peníze jsem čekala alespoň úsměv a ne to, že mi řeknou, že stojím blbě a objednávky se vydavaji u vedlejšího pultu- nikde nebyla cedule, tak jsem se tam nehrnula. Oxo tea je jedna velka katastrofa… Mela jsem ho podruhe v zivote - poprve letelo hned do kose, ale rekla jsem si, ze tomu dam jeste sanci. To byla ale chyba🙃… „caj“ uplne bez chuti, jedine, co jde citit jsou chemikalie. Za mensi cenu sezenete mnohem kvalitnejsi napoj napriklad v Chatime, Comebuy nebo RoyalTea hned dole o par kroku vedle od oxo. Chapu, ze oxotea cili svymi influ drinky hlavne na deti, ale tohle uz je moc. Za cenu jednoho piti sezenete X litru sirupu a rozdil nepoznate. Vsem pobockam Oxo tea se budu rozhodne vyhybat obloukem a vam doporucuji to same - ucetrite svoje zdravi...
