Burger King — Restaurant in Prague

I ordered from Wolt. Trust me — never order from here. It’s an unbelievable waste of time. A hamburger takes an hour and a half to arrive. You won’t find service this poor anywhere else in the world. I’ve seen many other people leaving similar reviews, and the fact that nothing ever improves probably means the manager just doesn’t take customer feedback seriously. Never order delivery from this restaurant. If they can get your order wrong, they will. Don't bother to write which toppings you want to have or not have on your burger, nobody will read what you write. Also, the food never arrives in the time mentioned. It is cold and soggy. I ordered a Whopper for my son with only ketchup and I was very clear in the instructions. See the photo for what they brought me. Naturally my son refused to eat it. Hygiene is terrible. I will never order again in this branch. I did a mistake to order food in this branch and saw a lady preparing hamburgers by her long nails with nail art. She wasn’t wearing gloves and because the kitchen and the desk they prepare the hamburgers is open and close to the eyes, it was disgusting. How could the manager of this branch let this happening?
