Well...when you visit a mc coffee and the first thing the sales rep answers to "good morning, how are you?" is: I don't speak English, with a grumpy face. Ya get the hell out of there. I've never gotten this horrible treatment in my 42 countries visited . Please find a picture of the employee of the month. Go Mc Coffee!!!

Pathetic. I asked for tea. I was given mint leaves and hot water. I explained to them that I wanted a tea bag. I had to pay the price of a tea for a tea bag Again!!!And I found a feather in my tea!!! What a shame!!

Часто бываю тут , но сегодня в первые была очень удивлена , я была с коляской ,ребенок плакал ,девушка блондинка на кассе увидела , что я занята ребенком , даю ей крупную купюру денег, она дает сдачу и говорит все окей? Я решила первый раз перепроверить и меня просто обсчитали , я показываю ей ,что не правильно, не хватает денег, она мне кидает деньги ,кидает 🤔 очень прошу ,чтобы эта ситуация хоть кто то увидел из менеджеров !!!девушка на фото

Bad service. The baristas don't want to work. They make coffee very slowly. They speak Czech behind the back of a customer who doesn't speak Czech but understands it.
