KFC Praha Štěrboholská DT — Restaurant in Prague

Very unsatisfying experience, me and my group (4 people in total) arrived at around 8pm and quickly typed in our order. After that we tried to find a table, which was kinda hard, even though all of the tables were empty, there was trash on the tables and seats. So completely messy restaurant. We waited for around 20-25 minutes for our order. Remider there was only us, some team (maybe like 12-15 people) and foodora. Foodora guy was there even before we entered and was still waiting after we left (at around 8:50pm). Also the size of the portion was ridiculously small, bucket for one is a complete joke! What do you mean 105 czk for small chicken drumroll stick and small chicken bites??! I had qurito and let me tell you the sauce wasnt spread evenly, one part was almost empty and the last part of it was overfilled by bbq sauce. One of our small twister didn't even had a sauce in it! Don't get me even started on the service, those people were not trained for this. They completely panicked and left 11 orders just sit there and did nothing for like twenty minutes. I usually really enjoy KFC food, but this is just terrible. Definitely avoid...

I recently visited the KFC location on KFC Praha Štěrboholská DT at night and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. While waiting and close to the kitchen to order the kitchen staff member (look like a black african guy) appeared to be looking at me and behaving very rudely. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope that the restaurant can address this behavior and take steps towards providing better...

Zdejší personál, manažer a nebo frenšízant má zajímavou definici otevřené restaurace. Podnik je ve 21:30 z půlky uzavřen profesionálně vytvořenou barikádou, která sice nezabrání postupu nepřátelských vojsk ale zato vcelku účinně otraví hosta, který chce na cestě doplnit síly a nemůže si vybrat stůl kousek dál od lidí. Těším se, až zde budou v září vylepené plakáty, že hygienu a bezpečnou vzdálenost berete vážně a že hosté mají dodržovat rozestupy, když jinak musí sedět v rohu co nejblíže sobě.

Nutno podotknout, že je restaurace krásně uklizená a všechny stoly jsou čisté. Kdyby zákazníci měli do alespoň půlky restaurace možnost vstoupit, jistě by tomu tak nebylo.

Navíc barikáda poslouží k posezení při velmi dlouhém čekání, kterému se zde patrně nevyhnete. Kdyby personál použil policejní pásku, tohoto vedlejšího efektu by se nedosáhlo.

Ve 21:30 je foto uzavřené větší části. Tou dobou byla půlka stolků obsazená a po uvolnění za cca 15 minut byla zabarikádovaná i druhá část.

Otevírací doba do 23:00 jistě není na to, aby již ve 21:30 měl host dojem, že vstoupil do zavřeného podniku.

Uzavřené obě pokladny, nutnost objednat u stroje a personál který bez pozdravu odejde ještě než si objednávku přeberete už je jen taková sladká tečka na dortu.

Od značky jako KFC bych čekal...
