Starbucks — Restaurant in Prague

It was so sad today to end shopping in this café ( My friend and I went to get coffee and muffins. It was not too long line, though we have to wait a bit. 3 people were working in there, so I decided to get 2 SMALL glasses of water independently to not bother anyone. That water in a jar that usually served additional to coffee,....lady who was making coffee watched me as I am doing smth out of rules, or rude...and then discussed smth with college. I don't think it's regular behaviour of people who works in world wide coffee company ( Next time I would rather choose...

Absolutely rude barista in the glasses. My second drink was taken by another customer, I came to ask if my drink is coming up. The barista in a rude way said I need to wait. I went up second time, and he started explaining me that they called my name, and now they we will redo my drink. Ok, I was a second later than my drink was taken, but the way they deal with customers is not acceptable. next time i am in fashion arena, definitely...

I visit this store in 10.11.2024 . The young man cashier wears glasses was so rude! He don’t know the sopping mall policy take my mall-release muti-use coupon away ,when I realized and back to the store he didn’t say anything for apology then wave his hand say “go” is really really rude. Hope he won’t do this to other customers cause unpleasant...
