Pizzeria & Mexicana - Carosello — Restaurant in Prague

I went here with my boyfriend and we got so badly treated, we really felt bad like our presence was such an inconvenience for them when the restaurant was almost empty. I was not expecting all smiles and stuff like that but they just treated us badly. We took a pizza and when the old man serving us got it on our table he just threw it on table. And there was also a old woman who gave us a lot of side eyes and looked annoyed at us. We took the pizza for take away, we just couldn't eat there. The pizza wasn't amazing but not that bad. I was looking for a place to close to my hotel, just a 10 minute walk. I ordered Pasta Alfredo with roast beef, somehow I had a different picture of what it would looked like, but nothing on how I pictured it. I little pricy for what I got. Tiny portion of pasta and the roast beef was raw ( even though I asked for it not to be ) and those little strips around the plate. The tomato soup was ok. 525bck . I was also charged for a little sauce that I asked for for my fries. The service I guess is typical...

The place(garden) itself has a nice atmosphere, but the staff attitude were deeply disappointing. For the first time in my eight years living in Prague, I left a restaurant without even being seated. I was made to feel ignored and unwelcome, which is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how guests are treated.
