The worst service I had experienced in months - as someone allergic to onions and similar veggies I tried to select one of the lunch options, which would be “most probably” safest. Then I asked the waiter if in my selection is any onion, as I am allergic. He was just rude. No offer to check out in the kitchen and make an easy fix. No offer to alternate. Very very very unpleasant experience. Did not expect too much, as it was busy lunch hours, but the angry face and rude looks I got, sealed the deal. Never more. The second star is for the preparation of meat, which was quite good. If you do not like to look after customers, quit your job. We can be allergic and we do not know, what is on the menu, upfront. Its your job to be dealing with it in decent and pleasant manner. So get...

If you are a tourist, avoid this place!

The food is good, drinks are ok. This restaurant would be nice, if the waiters would treat you with kindness and welcome you, even if you are a stranger. We came two days in a row in a group of 10 people. Both days, we got refused to sit outside on their nice terrace, despite place still left and even one other client offering to switch tables so we could sit together! Their bad attitude made the whole experience bad and akward, the waiter was clearly arrogant and disrespectful to us.

PS. As an answer to the reply of Starý Pán : your employees fully understood us, at 100%. There is no excuse of language barrier. The three employees working that day decided to serve us badly, because we did not...

Zašli jsme na základě dobrých recenzí. Interiér pěkný, záchody čisté.

Obsluha byla velmi milá a často se ptala, zdali je vše v pořádku a často u nás byla, ale zbytečně dělala jisté technické chyby. Dali jsme si burger královský s hranolkami a blue cheese omáčkou, a sýrovou tortillu.

1. Zaskočilo mne, že jídlo pro nás dva přinesli úplně v jiný čas. První burger, a asi po 6 minutách tortillu. To se nedělá... stejně čekám na druhou osobu a stydne mi to.
2. Místo blue cheese omáčky mi dali BBQ, nebylo naštěstí problem ji vyměnit. Jen si servírka mohla odpustit poznámku "ale ja ji tu mám napsanou." jako by to byla moje chyba.
3. Burger, který jsem si dala, "Královský" neměl ve složení uveden salát ani rukolu. To měl jiný. Rukolu mi tam dali, nejím jí. Obsluha mi říkala, že to již mají ve směsi salátu, já řekla, že tam salát ani nemají uvedený. Ale bez problému mi burger vyměnili.
4. Když mi měnili burger, tak mi odnesli i hranolky. Ty jsem předtím měla perfektní. Bohužel mi ale neudělali nové, ale hodili do fritézy ohřát ty staré, takže z perfektních hranolek byly nově přesmažené, nanucané olejem.
5. Tortilla sýrová byla dobrá, takových 7/10, jen tam bylo opravdu hodně balkánu, proto po pár soustech byl pokrm příliš slaný... možná příště méně, jinak dobrá
6. Mega porce čedaru ve složení burger mi přišlo trochu dramatické tvrdit. Byla tam taková standardní porce, vypadalo to jak jeden plátek

Jinak vše bylo v pořádku, burger chuťově skvělej, bulka měkkoučká, creeme brule chutné a obsluha opravdu vše řešila mile a ochotně, především jedna z nich, ta neměla poznámky ohledně mých výměn. Ceny dražší, ale s tím jsme počítali. Ještě pořešit technikalie a zvednu pro...
