I used to love coming to this Indian restaurant on the way to Sapa, especially for their lunch buffet with my husband. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment.
The service was terrible — the waiter (an Indian man) greeted us very rudely, saying “Hi, go go go, sit over there…” without any basic courtesy. He didn’t even ask for our drink order. We had to start eating without anything to drink, and when I went to ask him directly, he said he’d bring them — but it still took forever. We weren’t the only ones noticing; other guests around us were just as surprised at how bad the service was. Later, we realized there was only one person working during the busiest lunch hour, which is just unbelievable for a buffet service.
As if that wasn’t enough, one of the snacks I tried tasted spoiled and was clearly not fresh. That was the final straw.
I used to recommend this place, but after this experience, I cannot anymore. Terrible service, poor management, and unsafe food. Definitely...

2021 Review: This is oficially the best Indian restaurant in Prague! We love good indian food and I can honestly say that this newly opened restaurant RanGoli near Kunratice belongs to the top in the Czech republic. The food is heavenly - rich thick sauces with wonderful full flavours, amazing soft Naans. I especially recommend Plain Pappadums with Tamarind Chutney for starters and then: Butter Chicken, Lemon Rice, Naan and a wonderful rice & saffron dessert. For drinks: Lassi and Indian Masala Chai! Btw: The other dishes are amazing too!! We visited two times already and we will come again and again!...
Read moreOkay, so here is my honest opinion about the food.. I ordered chicken briyani and asked them to make it slightly spicy and requested them not to put boneless pieces.(Because if not cooked properly it's like chewing gum)However they ignored the instructions while preparing the dish and served me "Briyani" which was basically curry with tons of tomato gravy and rice. And all the chicken pieces were boneless, had to chew them for quite a few minutes and ended up spitting them out. The food might be good for non Indians but the food they're serving is no way near to authentic Indian food. My honest rating about the place is Quality 3/10 Quantity 4.5/10 Taste 2/10 Authenticity 2.5/10
The place itself might be good to hangout and have some light snacks but if you're looking for nice and authentic Indian food, this place is not it. And my final review to...
