Phở Quỳnh Anh — Restaurant in Prague

A terrible experience! They completely forgot about us. We came to the restaurant much earlier than some customers but they let us wait for about 40min and served the other customers first. But that's not the worst! When we finally received our dish they told us that they had run out of quẩy (the side dish) but later on a couple (who obviously came much later than us) got the side dish that we ordered earlier, even though they'd claimed that they don't have it anymore. Besides all of that, the pho broth wasn't even that good. It's lacking the typical aroma of pho. It was really tasteless despite me using all the lemons and sauces that they had to offer. The meal was literally 80% of broth, 5% of meat and 15% of noodles. Never...

Parádní jídelna s téměř monotematickou nabídkou, kde prim hraje Phở, samozřejmě ve více variantách podle použitého masa.

Restaurace je přímo naproti buddhistickému chrámu, není potřeba ji nijak složitě hledat. Dostatek stolů uvnitř značí, že tady bude vždy volné místo pro nově přišedší, škoda, že už před budovou není zahrádka, která je na starších fotkách. Obsluha je pohodová, příprava polévky rychlá, samozřejmostí jsou čerstvé nakrájené citróny a chilli papričky, které jsou příjemně "jedovaté".

Polévka samotná byla úžasná, perfektní vývar, dostatek zeleniny a akorát masa. Dal jsem si kuřecí variantu Phở Gà a maso bylo pěkně tenké, takže i dobře provařené. Přidal bych jenom více čerstvého koriandru na ozdobení, tím se opravdu šetřit nemusí. K polévce si je možno dát i tradiční smažené pečivo quay, což rozhodně doporučuji, protože to prostě k Phở patří.
