Not very customer oriented. We queued for about 20 mins for coffee and food, just to learn that there was no more food available, at 2:30 pm i.e. long before closure. Given that we have a certain stomach sensitivity, we didn’t want to have our coffee without any food. So we ordered coffee only, but also got some small items to eat from a bakery next door. Apparently house policy doesn’t allow for such behaviour, and we were literally complimented to the door. The policy is very understandable in general. However, under the given circumstances (we would have loved to consume food from the café itself), insisting on it seems to be following a rule just for the sake of the rule. It would have been also great to avoid the 20 mins wait altogether and have an advance communication that food supply has run out. Maybe we are expecting too much here… Alternatively, just some food...
