Haralds Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Ordered 3 times at this restaurant, and I received a wrong item every time. First time they game me a wrong pizza, the second time they exchanged the pizza with pasta, and the third time, which was today they made me pay for an item, that they apparently didn’t have in stock. I received a phone call earlier from this restaurant. The one on the phone told me that they didn’t have any more of the ice creams that I had already payed for. Which they proceeded to not give me any alternatives. I was quite shocked at the unprofessional service and behaviour. I had to ask the one on the phone myself if there would be any substitute options. And they did give me another ice cream instead. However when I opened the ice cream I discovered that it was freezer burnt and filled with ice crystals. This not only made me vexed with the bad service but also the quality of the product. This is the experience I had ordering from this restaurant, so just wanted to describe what it was like. Unfortunately I am not very satisfied with...

Was really debating with myself over 3 or 4 stars. In the end the 3 stars is because though they really do offer a little more as far as quality and selection in the general area - as far as pizza's go at least, I really couldn't have on heart say the pizza was a little above average. And the service brought it down by a half star for me.

There was a reasonably good selection of Pizza with something to cover about all tastes. I guess only those of you that are fully vegan or glutan free will not be covered.

The only small minus points is that when we ordered we said we'd be outside waiting. And after quite a while we went in to check to find out pizza ready and waiting, but no one had called it out. It wasn't busy either. So we ended up with a colder pizza than would have been nice. The person taking the order was also not really the friendly sort.

In the end we will probably be back once in a while. Compared to some other places around Copenhagen I would consider it...

Det var ikke en special god oplevelse at komme på besøg i forretningen. Kokken havde mere travlt med at se fodbold på mobilen og var ikke særlig imødekommende. Der sad en anden ansat på en stol ved indgangen med sin mobil og hverken sagde eller gjorde noget under besøget. Man kunne umiddelbart bestille noget vegansk, men der var sat en serviet hen over. Jeg bestilte 2 pizzaer, en vegetarisk og en med tun, og må indrømme at det var en ret tam fornøjelse. Der var intet unikt eller spændene ved dem, bare helt almindelige kedelige pizzaer. Samtidigt fik min kæreste 2 væskefyldte blære i munden kort efter at hun havde spist det første stykke pizza. De forsvandt heldigvis igen efter et stykke tid samme aften. Har prøvet andre steder hvor både stedet, de ansatte, maden og stemningen har været så meget bedre en hos Haralds Pizza. Så jeg har i hvertfald ikke lyst til at anbefale...
