Waiting for waitress took about 20 - 30 min. Finally we can order, and after 30 mins, the first dish finally served, and ofc with wrong one. We order ris paper with shrimp but served with salami. In 30 mins waiting, they only offer me one cola. And one of the customer that came later than us, order later than us, get their food first while we only get cola. When the shrimp ris paper finally served, the customers came after us almost finished their food. At the same time we are starving.

I finally leave here 52 mins later AFTER we order the food. While the customers came later than us already finished their food.

Which means, we spend about

ONE AND HALF HOUR,

they only served us drinks and 2 starter, one of them are wrong one.

Awesome authentic Vietnamese food, business run by Vietnamese family which explains the authenticity. Beef pho is delicious with rich flavoursome broth, tender beef slices and fresh herbs & vegetables. Both the fresh & fried spring rolls are great too. The small red chillies give a good spicy kick to the tastebud, not for amateur chili eaters ;) Redecorated using modern furniture with a touch of Vietnamese feel makes the restaurant a cosy place to dine in. Nearly full house on a regular Thursday evening shows how popular this place is. I will definitely visit again, already looking...

The ordering online on their own website was apparently down, which made the confirmation email after paying not be sent out. This made me unavailable to produce any "proof" that the man behind the counter demanded before making my food. When I showed up they had to start making it as I waited, but nowhere on the website was this showing at all. They finally made my food even without this proof, but painstakingly informed me that I would have to be very careful and produce evidence if I were to order again, which I...
