The selection here is fantastic, with a generous variety of choices that cater to all tastes. From the fresh, flavorful bread options to a range of sauces and fillings, you can create the perfect bagel or sandwich combination. The portions are very generous, making it great value for money.

The only downside is the lack of seating, as it’s a takeaway-only spot. It would be amazing to have a cozy seating area to enjoy these delicious sandwiches on-site. Hopefully, this is something that could be added in the future, but until then, I’ll still happily come back for the excellent food...

Der mangler dog i den grad forbedringer når det kommer til service. De seneste par gange jeg har været der har der været kø (15-30 min ventetid), og det virker ret underbemandet generelt.

Jeg valgte derfor med en kammerat at bestille over deres app i dag, så vi ikke skulle stå i kø, og så vi nemt kunne hente vores mad og juice og komme videre. Ordren er sat til at være done "ASAP" Bestiller 13:34, og vi er ved butikken 13:45 Ca, hvor jeg hører om vores ordre er færdig. Jeg får af vide 2-3 min og stiller mig udenfor og venter på at blive råbt op. 5 min senere går jeg ind, og ser at de begynder på flere andre kunders bestilling inden min omkring 13:55 bliver påbegyndt.

Jeg spørger hvor lang tid der går før jeg kan få min wrap, og jeg får af vide at de kalder mig ind når den er klar (selvom den ligger klar og bliver kold).

Jeg venter så i 15 min yderligere hvor at der efterhånden er 15-20 der har bestilt mad efter mig, og fået den før, og min kammerat går nu ind og hører hvad der sker. De går endelig igang med at lave juice. Lige under 10 min. Senere er alt så færdig, og selvom kvaliteten af vores ordre var rigtig fin, så skal der altså ske noget ift. Den service og tid det tager. Og få står på rækkefølgen af bestillingerne.

Jeg skulle også selv lige nævne at der nu var fået 40-45 min fra at jeg bestilte til at jeg fik min mad, og at jeg som minimum da gerne ville have noget gratis avocado i min wrap. Det var ikke noget problem, men fra min tid i restauranten branchen, så ville jeg have tilbudt det selv, og evt. Også en gratis sodavand...
